So this year in the UK stared 3 years ago when my theory cooking class had a special guest come and give us a presentation. This guest was Marilyn from Scotia Personnel Ltd. They are a work agency based out of Halifax Canada. This agency places people abroad especially in the UK and Australia and the US. Now I did there hospitality program but they do offer other program like a Au pair, summer camps or if you are more adventurous you can go teach English. So I got my Diploma in culinary management and worked my but off during the summer for the coast of my tickets and visa. yes its a lot but its a once in a life time.

Now I got the wonderful opportunity to work in the North of England. In what is called North Yorkshire. MY back yard was the Yorkshire national park. Where I worked in this Hotel/ Bar /Restaurant where I worked as the pastry CDP. I also got the chance to travel to a few city in the UK and Europe.
